MA1100 Weatherproof Wall Box

The MA1100 is a weatherproof and waterproof surface wall box designed specifically for use with the FW122 annunciator in harsh environmental conditions.

The enclosure is resistant to extreme temperatures ranging from -40°C to 49°C, providing reliable protection for fire alarm equipment in outdoor or challenging indoor locations. The wall box can accommodate two optional ULC 20W heating elements (24VAC/VDC) that activate at 1°C and deactivate at 17°C, ensuring equipment remains operational in cold weather conditions. The robust enclosure features a hinged door design that swings open downward to provide full access to the annunciator LCD reader and controls. Constructed to protect against water ingress and environmental exposure, the MA1100 maintains equipment integrity in demanding applications such as parkades, loading docks, exterior building locations, and industrial facilities.

The heating elements, when installed, draw 0.83333A at 24V and provide automatic temperature regulation to prevent equipment damage from freezing conditions. Compatible exclusively with FW122 annunciators, the weatherproof wall box ensures fire alarm monitoring and control capabilities remain functional regardless of environmental challenges.
