This two-storey, 12,352 square foot building opened in June 2024 within the Langford Gravity Zone, a 130-acre recreation destination. Named after legendary Vancouver Island mountain biker Jordie Lunn, who passed away in 2019, the clubhouse serves as the central hub for the bike park that has quickly become a premier cycling destination attracting riders from around the world.
The building houses Broad Street Cycles (providing bike shop services, rentals, and expert advice), Rhino Coffee House, and offices for Cycling BC and Cycling Canada. The upper floor features community space for cycling clubs, educational programs, and events. The facility supports the park's world-class Velosolutions pump track, mountain biking trails, and skills development areas used by riders of all ages and abilities.
The fire alarm system at the Jordie Lunn Bike Park Clubhouse is designed to protect this multi-use recreational facility while accommodating the unique operational requirements of a bike shop, coffee house, and community gathering space.
